Every client's requirements are different. Some clients require an out of the box, single technology system to address a very basic requirement. Other clients require a bespoke fully integrated cross platform implementation that requires skill, product and regulatory knowledge to design and implement a fully compliant, fit for purpose system. At Security Concepts we can tailor a system to fully address your requirements.

Install

Taking the completed design and installation brief, our engineers will stage your system at our premises to ensure everything is functionally tested and ready for service. In essence we build your system and test it even before you see an installation engineer. This ensures minimum on-site time for us and minimal inconvenience to the client during installation. Once this is completed and we are satisfied with the end result we will arrange a convent time for us to install the system and provide the client with training to the required level. We have carried out installations all over Europe, so distance is not a problem.

Monitoring & Maintenance

We can provide monitoring services to give the client peace of mind that their assets are being looked after and any events are responded to as required.

A range of support packages is available with varying SLA's to accommodate the client's needs from an operational and budgetary perspective. From telephone support to guaranteed engineer to site commitments we are able to literally build a package to suit.
